About the Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep experience in Django, React, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . You will take end-to-end technical ownership of our platform – from architecture and scaling to security and AI integrations.
You will work in building an AI-powered contract analysis platform serving enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Architecture & Scaling
Build, optimize, and scale robust backend services using Django (Python) .
Design scalable database schemas and clean system architectures suitable for global enterprise users.
Implement performance optimizations and maintain high availability.
Frontend Development
Develop high-performance, responsive UIs using React.js.
Ensure clean state management, excellent UX/UI execution, and seamless user experiences.
Implement Arabic (RTL) language support for the platform.
AI Integration & LLMs
Integrate and optimize AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, and other leading models).
Build RAG pipelines, implement prompt engineering, and ensure efficient data processing and fast response times.
Track token usage and LLM costs to optimize spending and monitor usage patterns.
Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps
Manage deployment and operations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage.
Optimize cloud spending, monitor performance, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
Stream large file uploads directly to GCS to prevent memory spikes.
Enterprise-Grade Security
Enforce security standards aligned with OWASP Top 10.
Secure API endpoints, implement data encryption, and proactively protect against vulnerabilities.
Conduct security audits and penetration testing.
Implement JWT-based authentication with role-based access control (RBAC).
Technical Governance
Write clean, documented, production-ready code.
Structure technical roadmaps and conduct code reviews.
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
Perform technical evaluations of new features and third-party integrations.

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Expert-level production experience with:
Django / Python
React.js
PostgreSQL
Proven track record of managing production environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – especially Cloud Run, Cloud SQL.
Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) into production.
Deep understanding of web security, API protection, and secure coding (OWASP Top 10).
Strong analytical mindset – ability to own tasks independently in a 100% remote setting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university.
Production experience with Celery and Redis for asynchronous task processing.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
Proven experience working within large global enterprise companies or fast-growing international tech products.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, ChromaDB, etc.).
Experience with FastAPI alongside Django.
Knowledge of Arabic (RTL language support) .
Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or government sectors.
Experience with document processing libraries (PyMuPDF, PyPDF2, python-docx).
Familiarity with Google Gemini API and Vertex AI.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, Sentry, etc.).
Knowledge of semantic versioning and release management.
Experience with background task processing (Celery Beat for scheduled tasks, retries, and failure handling).
Experience with PDF generation (reportlab) and highlights.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT).
