Job Description
- Enter all the data of the company's clients and the limits of dealing with them
- Determining the percentage of discounts, the credit limit, and the period for collecting the amounts owed from them
- Approving future sales invoices, then approving and signing the warehouse exchange permission
- Follow up on the payment of outstanding, collected and uncollected bills
- Issuing reports on customers' credit balances for each customer
- Carry out the process of reconciling the balances of clients
- Implementation of the instructions for work under the direct supervision of the head of the accounts department
- Preparing reports that are required of him to assist management in making critical financial decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Division, from one of the Egyptian public universities, not private institutes or academies.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer accounts and cost control.
- Practical experience working on a system, not just Excel. (Oracle system preferred).
- It is preferable to have experience certificates approved by previous employers stating the number of years of experience.
- Age range from 25 to 30 years old.
- The proximity of housing to Nasr City and the neighboring areas to us (Little Cairo areas - communities - new cities).
- Has family stability (married and dependent).
