Job Description:

The Odoo Consultant and developer is responsible for improving, supporting, maintaining, and
troubleshooting our current and future Odoo implementation. The ideal candidate will manage Odoo
continuous improvement, including implementation, design enhancements, functionality, and
development to improve and optimize our business workflows.


Job Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate all aspects of our business operations.
• Understand and document business processes, both in written and visual form (process flows).
• Develop Odoo implementation plans.
• Design, document, and test new solutions or improve existing solutions.
• Manage implementation, improvement projects, or upgrades working with different stakeholders (internal and external).
• Provide support, training and assist with various Odoo needs.
• Create and provide reports as required.
• Create, update, and maintain business forms and data.
• Take Initiatives for the required changes in software development process to manage overall quality.
• Act as the single point of contact with external support stakeholders.
• Design Odoo custom applications/features that affect everyday operations.
• High-level project management including updating and tracking key reporting documentation such as project plans and tasks lists.


Nice to Have (Added Advantage):

• Ability to hire and manage external developers when needed on a project basis.
• Technical Odoo Experience is a plus.
• Odoo Certification(s).
• E-commerce Experience.

Job Requirements

It Must Have:

• Relevant Diploma/degree or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, and/or job experience (minimum 2 years).
• Functional Odoo Experience (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of access rights and record rules

• Core knowledge about the current feature available in Odoo – Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Projects, Field Service, Timesheet, HR, etc.
• Customize reports experience with HTML/QWeb.
• Data import using Odoo import.
• View customization.
• Strong communication skills (English and Arabic verbal and written), including the ability to work with people from all departments who have varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Willingness to offer ideas and direction while functioning as an integral team member.
• Excellent analytical, planning, mapping, and organization skills.
• If non-Saudi candidate: Transferrable Iqama.
