Job Description
In this Role, you will be presenting our e-commerce portal as a front liner handling customer queries and complaints as well as updating & adding specifications to products on the website.
- Experience in the Saudi market.
- Provide a world-class customer service experience for our customers by answering questions & diffusing frustrations.
- Receive and answer incoming calls, online chat inquiries, social media inquiries…etc.
- Build trust with our customers & provide quality results in an efficient manner.
- Use your technical knowledge to solve technical support for basic inquiries.
- Answer a wide array of questions and provide education on complex issues, self-resolutions & offer value-added services.
- Using the complaint system on the CRM to open/close complaint tickets.
- Updating and adding specifications to products on website
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data prior to entry.
- Assisting cross-functional teams to ensure order execution process.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following processes and procedures.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Responsible for the entry, auditing, and editing of information across various business platforms and software. Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills including writing, editing, and proofreading.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same sector. (E-commerce or Customer Service Departments)
- Has top-notch listening skills allowing him/her to understand the issue and troubleshoot resolutions.
- Multi-tasking & troubleshooting.
- Is self-motivated with the ability to stay on task and take initiative.
- Must be self-disciplined and be able to operate independently.
- Has the ability to up-sell to promote additional services and products that promote program loyalty.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail is a must.
- Comfortable working with website CMS, CRM and Microsoft Office.
