Are you a seasoned professional in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sector with a sharp eye for commercial excellence? We are looking for a powerhouse MEP Commercial Section Head to lead our commercial operations in Cairo, Egypt. This is a high-impact role where you will be the driving force behind financial integrity and contract management for large-scale engineering projects.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire commercial section, ensuring all MEP projects are financially viable and contractually sound.

• Mastermind the invoicing process, ensuring timely submissions and accurate tracking of payments.

• Manage Variation Orders (VOs) with precision, negotiating changes and ensuring all additional works are properly documented and compensated.

• Drive commercial strategy by monitoring project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and maximize profitability across all MEP installations.
