Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories to drive revenue growth for Purity Pet Food’s product lines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations, highlighting the unique benefits and features of Purity’s pet food offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide timely and professional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to represent Purity Pet Food and expand the company’s network.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Business or equivalent
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, pet food, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate product knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions
