Job Description
- Ensures that regulations as per labor and social insurance laws are applied inside the company,
- Ensure full execution of all HR Policies & Procedures,
- Handles all personnel tasks, attendance system and monthly effects (additions & deductions),
- Handles employees’ relations and medical insurance (private & governmental),
- Easily manage the communication with the governmental entities,
- Working on updates the database on monthly bases and ensure its validity,
- Ensure that the HR objectives are achieved in location
- Can manage hiring and termination’s, Trainings, and Performance management full process
- Aware of the HSE rules and its application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business studies, or any related degree
- 10 years of personnel and HR experience (preferred in FMCG, Manufacturing and agriculture).
- Excellent knowledge of English language (Oral & written)
- Very good knowledge of using Microsoft office.
- Understanding of Business cycle, HR management and labor laws.
