Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, switches, routers, UPS units, biometric devices, and related infrastructure across branches and the head office.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure continuous and reliable surveillance system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely or on-site to minimize downtime.
- Handle installations and testing for new branches and renovation projects, ensuring all components are fully functional and integrated.
- Link surveillance and biometric devices (e.g., fingerprint scanners) securely to branch networks.
- Develop and manage central control units for branches, integrating UPS, sound systems, NVRs, display screens, and network components.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of necessary equipment and materials.
- Maintain inventory records of surveillance materials and update them regularly.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for surveillance system upgrades and projects.
- Ensure surveillance networks comply with company security standards and connectivity best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to branches for all CCTV-related issues.
- Travel to branches and work outside regular hours as needed for urgent matters or major installations.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on work with CCTV systems and basic networking.
- Knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.
- Ability to install and connect biometric devices.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to keep information secure.
