Job Description
- Supervise and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve cybersecurity protocols, ensuring compliance with global IT security standards.
- Implement security measures to protect against data breaches, malware, and other threats.
- Serve as the escalation point for infrastructure and cybersecurity issues.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, network configurations, and security policies.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation, system upgrades, and disaster recovery plans.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT security and infrastructure solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, antivirus solutions, network monitoring tools, and security frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with server management, cloud solutions, and network troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IT compliance standards and international cybersecurity practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to security incidents quickly.
