Job Description
- Assist in learner's needs research and assessment.
- Design course mapping for the raw content.
- Create an engaging learning experience including learning goals, storyboards, and detailed session agendas.
- Develop online learning activities that match the intended learning outcomes.
- Develop assessment activities that measure the expected learning outcomes.
- provide learning design training and pedagogical feedback to subject matter experts and mentors to ensure high-quality learning experiences and provide comprehensive course content.
- Consult SMEs to ensure that the learning content is accurate and clear and make sure the LXD process is achieving the ILOs.
- Create content, hacks, playbooks that support the progress and engagement of the participants.
- Document and archive related work documents and data.
Job Requirements
- Driven and motivated to keep learning and developing in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambition to go beyond standard training and to experiment and create at the cutting edge.
- 2+ years of experience in online learning design for the relevant age group.
- Digital and analog Know-how about current trends in the context of learning design, experience design, modern pedagogy, change management, and culture transformation.
- Professional experience in storyboard design, content development "video production, and interactive activities", and authoring tools.
- Professional experience in using Articulate Storyline.
- Experience in working with and utilizing productivity and collaboration tools "ex. Microsoft Teams / Zoom, WordPress, Miro, Notion, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace including Google Slides, Hangouts, Drive, etc."
- Have professional fluency in English and Arabic.
- Lifelong learner with a passion for working with technical experts and educating others

- Higher study in education "Diploma, ME, Ph.D."
- APTD/ATD Certification
- Graphic design skills "Elements, fundamentals, and principles"
- Experience in Design Thinking
- Experience in Systems Thinking
