We are hiring German Speakers of B2+ to C1 in Majorel Cairo
- Training starts 1st of April
- Rotational Shift (Last Shift end 11Pm) with Rotational Weekends
- Transportation Provided from Metro Stations to OneKattameya
- Social and Medical Insurance
- New Account (Swiss Telecom Account) with Chances of Promotion
Duties:
- Recieving Inbound calls from Customers and being able to handle them.
- Responding to Customers' needs and help them choose the right Plans and Products (Upselling Sales).
Job Requirements
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
