Job Description

Act as a trusted advisor to the business on change management, integration management, HR budget and plan, staffing, talent management processes and execution whilst reinforcing a culture of performance focus, meritocracy and diversity.

  1. Human Resource, Psychology or Business Management Degree
  2. Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience
  3. Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in real estate environment.


 

Job Requirements

  • Experience  +3  years in the real estate field
  • Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
