Job Description
- Manage and maintain Vice Chairman calendar, including scheduling appointments, internal meetings, and conference calls.
- Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of Vice Chairman.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process on behalf of Vice Chairman.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials, and presentations as needed to support the Vice Chairman.
- Provide administrative support to Vice Chairman in order to increase his availability for executive-level responsibilities.
- Check and process incoming visitors of the Vice Chairman.
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries, and requests and handling them when appropriate.
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending matters and bring them up to the attention of the Vice Chairman.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of related experience (customer services - administration - office management … etc.)
- Presentable, multitasking and Highly organized.
- High communications skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Business writing skills
- Fluent English is a Must.
- Excellent using of MS Office.
