Job Description
- Preparation and updating of machinery manual, spare parts register, and standard operating procedures for all machinery and equipment.
- Prepare the periodic maintenance plan and take the necessary procedures for its approval.
- Preparing and following up the implementation of the periodic and preventive maintenance schedule according to the time frame adopted in coordination with the production department.
- Analysis and study of all records of operation and maintenance and all applications and models for inspection and repair to prepare preventive maintenance plan.
- Review the repair and maintenance record and perform the functions of checking and diagnosing faults in accordance with the approved maintenance requests, compiling and preparing the relevant maintenance requirements statement, and approving the purchase orders and their purchase orders.
- Analyzing and studying the repair and maintenance register and studying the reports of development proposals.
- Complete the examination and repair form and prepare a report on development proposals
- Monitoring the performance of all machines and equipment at the level of production management to ensure the efficiency of their operations.
- Distribution and follow-up of maintenance and repair tasks and procedures in accordance with the approved repair and maintenance request.
- Communicate with external workshops regarding all relevant specialized maintenance work according to the approved external service request.
- Study and analyze all data and information related to the repair and maintenance reports and their development proposals
- Assessing project requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering .
- 5-7 years of experience working in FMCG leading companies.
- FMCG background is a must.
- Previous work with a foreign expert is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Males only
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office
