Job Description
- Achieve sales & profit target –manage P&L to required budgets
- Customer relations management
- Delivery of products meeting the quality, service & cleanliness standards required
- Implementation of health and safety with adherence to all current legislation
- Ensure the proper level of hygiene, safety & maintenance in the restaurant, safe condition of work, food handling procedures, etc.
- Monitors sales projections and budgets versus actual sales
- Implements approved sales building programs
- Maintain restaurant building and equipment in a condition that ensures customer service and customer image goals are met
- Handle customer complaint
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- V.good financial management skills
- BSc degree
- Excellent leadership skills
