Job Description
- Lead and supervise the airline reservations and ticketing team.
- Oversee flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and exchanges.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline/IATA regulations.
- Negotiate fares, incentives, and deals with airlines and consolidators.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and provide excellent client support.
- Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and coordinate with accounting on ticket reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of airline reservations/ticketing experience (2+ in a managerial role).
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
