Job Description
Summary
Identify & provide day-to-day support / testing operations for current and new software user’s through proper understanding and analyzing for bugs/issues and suggest solution in order to ensure smooth working operations to save time & cost.
Accountabilities
- Follow preset tasks to analyze issue/problem in order identify the software problem.
- Communicate the issue/problem to the developer team to ensure effective solution.
- Provide preset internal reports for departments to ensure smooth working operations.
- Test any project or issue with user and create a test case to ensure business continuity.
- Follow up with developers the progress of the testing phase to guarantee proper support & implantation to the project with end users.
Other Tasks - Provide all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, computer science or faculty of science computer division is more preferable.
- 0-1 years’ experience in the support function
- ISTQB Certificate is more preferable.
- Problem solving, Communication and analytical skills.
- Good command of English language.
