Job Description

  • Manage all the traveling process for the employees, “In & out of Egypt”.
  • Book tickets, VISA, reserve accommodation, and organize rental transportation.
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suit employees' needs.
  • Manage employee medical approvals and mediate between the medical providers and employees.
  • Manage the process of medical claims for employees.
  • Ensure maintaining a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider.
  • Issue medical care cards to new employees.
  • Oversee the cancellation of medical insurance subscriptions upon employees' end of service.
  • Build & Maintain a strong network of healthcare providers (Hospitals, Clinics.....etc) to facilitate
    employee journeys as needed.
  • Prepare reports detailing all medical activities, and cases and develop useful insights; streamlining
    the medical insurance process.
  • Prospect and Negotiate direct deals with healthcare facilities to expand the medical benefit.
  • Receive employee requests for medical guidance and ensure prompt processing is available,

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1:2 years of experience in the same role is Must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Wide networking skills including healthcare providers.
  • Very good command of English language.
