Job Description
- Handle the full recruitment cycle and conduct the initial interviews.
- Handle problems and complaints of employees and report it directly to HR team
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues and investigations
- Monitor daily Attendance & Absenteeism for all employees
- Organize and maintain personnel records such as hiring documents and employee contracts for new hires
- Update internal databases and Create regular reports for HR team
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Responsible for directing the office boy and the budget of the Branch for all needs
Job Requirements
- Males only
- 2-4 yrs Work experience as an HR generalist
- Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
- Experience using spreadsheets , Excel and word.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving & Handling skills.
- Attentive to details and highly organized.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
