Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers and respond to emails and calls 24/7 to provide continuous support.
- Schedule and assign loads to drivers based on location, availability, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor load boards (e.g., Truckstop, DAT) to find new opportunities and ensure drivers have suitable loads.
- Coordinate routes to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing operational costs.
- Track loads and maintain consistent communication with drivers to provide shipment updates.
- Communicate with clients and brokers to confirm load details and resolve any potential issues.
- Ensure drivers comply with laws and regulations, including hours of service and safety protocols.
- Provide immediate support and guidance to drivers during their trips to resolve issues.

Job Requirements
