Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Prepare the offers / quotations / tenders.
- Communicate with relative departments to facilitate invoices, LG’s, collections, traffic letters, insurance policies, internal permissions issuance, and customers’ deliveries.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Very Good in English Language
- Excellent in Negotiation Skills
- Very Good in MS Office
