We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us grow partnerships, sponsorships, and business opportunities across the GCC.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure sponsorships and partnerships with corporations, banks, real estate developers, and government entities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in targeted industries.
- Develop sales strategies and proposals for podcast sponsorships, branded content, and media collaborations.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align business opportunities with audience growth.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support the expansion of Trendz Podcast.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing).
- Strong network in the UAE/GCC is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
