Job Description
- Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
- Organize and store materials in designated locations
- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records
- Stock Control
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation
Issue materials to departments based on requisitions
- Warehouse Operations
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of items
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) when required
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Track damaged, expired, or returned goods
Support audits and compliance checks
Coordination - Liaise with procurement, logistics, and production teams
- Assist in planning deliveries and dispatch schedules
- Ensure timely availability of materials for operations
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business is a plus)
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
