Job Description
- Collect the finger print data from all hubs and Head office
- Make Time Sheet and review it with operation manager
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases .
- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Preparing and distributing income statements.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
- Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
- Make Lobar cost sheet and review
Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management
Job Requirements
Excellent in using Excel and all functions
Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce
Very good in English
