Job Description
- Conducts historical data analysis studies as per request and/or possible impacts on job design upon requesting KPI and/or JD modification.
- Creates and updates job descriptions, leveling and relative PMS sheets.
- Develops KRA’s and KPI’s used to evaluate performance of job holders within assigned functions in alignment with quality team.
- Assists OD Supervisor in the succession plan framework to conduct potentiality tests, leadership assessments and CBI’s.
- Develops talent management, leadership development and knowledge management initiatives that would support succession planning and Training & Development.
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor degree of faculty of medicine , pharmacy , dentistry
- 2 : 3 years of experience in OD
- HR Diploma is preferred
- Max age: 30
