Job Description
- Provides complaints and complaints against individuals to protect the company's rights in large-scale cases
- Follows up on hearing dates, cases, and legal procedures to be implemented to ensure compliance with them about large-scale cases.
- Brings The certificates from the land register, to determine the reality of the registrant before concluding the contract.
- Writes the records of the company’s car accidents in the police departments and stations and continues to present them to the Public Prosecution to know the prosecution’s decisions regarding them. He brings an official copy of the car accident records and the prosecution’s final position with the aim of submitting it to the insurance company regarding large-scale cases.
- Performs initial inspection of real estate to match it with reality and documents and follow up with the cadastral committee to conduct inspections on the ground
- Works on resolving disputes and issues related to the concluded property contracts to reduce future problems regarding the conclusion of the contract about large-scale cases.
- Prepares lawsuits forms and legal grounds to submit them to the competent court in the dispute regarding large-scale cases.
- Prepares the appeals, appeals, grievances, and memorandums related to this to protect the rights of the company in large-scale cases.
- Conducts investigations into internal administrative violations and makes legal recommendations regarding them after reviewing them with the direct manager to implement the regulations and laws within the company.
- Attends the company's internal committees to provide legal recommendations
- Examines complaints and grievances to ensure that the required justice is achieved
- Documents agencies, title contracts, certificates, and periodic declarations in real estate to preserve the rights of the company about large-scale cases.
- Records the cases concluded by the company in the real estate registry to preserve the rights of the company about large-scale cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Law.
- 1-2 years of experience in Lawsuits & Investigations.
- Good knowledge of law in general and intellectual property rights.
- Very good communication skills.
- Cairo resident are preferred to apply.
