Job Description
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Contacting customers by Phone & EMAIL to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Manage Sales, Marketing & Grants data through maintaining an updated database of existing and prospective customers
- Follow up with clients
- Receiving and follow up the processing of purchase orders.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Compiling and analyzing monthly sales reports.
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience
- Perform other administrative tasks within the department upon request.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Market knowledge
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
