Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a new network of leads.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Understand prospect pains and needs hence recommends a solution that perfectly suits his needs.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
    trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects on-site or.
  • Close sales and achieve the quarterly target.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
  • Learn detailed information regarding the functionality and technology of our company solutions to be able to conduct successful demonstrations to customers, and gather market information about competitors’ activity, and report to management on a weekly basis.

 

Job Requirements

  • Sales experience in a similar position for +2 years preferably in a software house.
  • Excellent knowledge of the full sales cycle, from establishing leads, qualifying, following up, understanding clients' business and technical needs, proposing and demonstrating solutions, closure, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing campaigns to get our company message out.
  • Excellent oral and written English language.
  • Presentable with Good conversational and negotiation skills, Persuasive and confident communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting a sales quota.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of ERP modules and functionalities.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT relevant specialty preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering or Business.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to learn full details about Software products and services and describe/demo them to prospects
  • Creative, Innovative, Self-motivated, and well organized with good time management skills.
  • The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior soft skills. He/she must be comfortable presenting Software products over the phone, through the internet, or by visiting the client locations.
