Working with foundations, charities and other organizations to secure funding for Mersal
projects and activities. Working directly with corporates and big donors (National and
International) to identify potential sources of funding, develop proposals, and manage
the application process.
Create a database for all potential donors (Corporates, Donors, CSR, Grants, … etc.)
Communicates with different companies and funding agencies whom would be
interested in corporate social responsibility, and opening further opportunities for
funding.
Building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships with donors.
Evolve ideas, proposals, initiatives to measurable donation programs and projects.
Develop new and creative fundraising activities with corporates and donors.
Align and facilitate internally and externally to ensure donation cycle.
Increase funds through researching and targeting charitable trusts and CSR
organizations.
Raise awareness and promote the Foundation’s mission and goals though
networking, events, pitches, etc.
Collecting data of organization needs and write suitable materials (proposals,
presentations, Newsletters, etc.) to prospected donors.
Work with external consultant(s) to increase the fundraising activities and meet
targets.
Create monthly, quarterly, annually reports with all the activities and results.
Create and follow up the plan with clear KPIs and targets (with the fundraising
manager).

Bachelor Degree
7 years of experience in related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NGO Fundraising
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills
Ability to build and maintain perfect relationships with different donor
Excellent administration, organization, planning and following up skills (Project Management Certificated is a plus!
Excellent writing skills
Knowledge of UN and EU proposal requirement
