Tele-Sales Specialist

• The Telemarketing Associate needs to deliver prepared sales talk to generate interest in products and services. 
• The Associate may also be engaged to conduct CATI and data cleansing activities from time to time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
