What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role means ensuring merchants are accurately coded, efficiently onboarded, and properly supported throughout the settlement process. A successful team lead will drive smooth end-to-end onboarding, maintain accurate merchant data, proactively follow up on settlement issues, and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless merchant experience while meeting performance and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience Merchant Services, Field Sales, or Merchant Onboarding or a similar role, including at least 1 year in a team leading position.
• Good understanding of merchant systems and onboarding processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
• Able to delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of accuracy in merchant data collection and entry.
• Skilled in resolving complex onboarding issues and ensuring high merchant satisfaction.
• Ensures compliance with privacy and data security standards in all merchant interactions.
• Tracks and reports team performance metrics, identifies gaps, and implements process improvements as needed.
• Works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding flow.
