Job Description

First: Functional tasks of the purchasing process: Effective market study to reach the following results:

  • Continuous updates and changes to the markets in prices and products subject to the sector so as not to miss any development opportunity for the company.
  • Access to new markets for purchasing and supply sources, and expanding the circle of acquaintance and relations with suppliers.
  • Constant search to provide alternatives for products to keep customers and not lose confidence.
  • Taking into account the adjustment of the payment policy for purchase and sale to maintain liquidity levels.
  • Speeding up the needs of the branches to ensure that no selling opportunity is lost on the branch.
  • Field visit to suppliers and deals made with sector procurement officials.
  • Opening commercial exchange markets to serve the public interest, in coordination with the managers of other sectors.
  • Technical reference for deciding and separating goods (stores and purchases).
  • Preparing the weekly reports in a summary form from the reality of the daily reports, as well as preparing the monthly reports in a detailed manner attached to an evaluation of the performance of each delegate and each department and presenting it to the Director General of the sectors.
  • Receiving all memos of complaints received from all branches regarding purchases and needs.
  • Reviewing and monitoring the issuance and analyzing the progress of the procedures between the date of issuance of the issue and the date of receiving the goods at the branch, and submitting a report thereon on the reasons for the delay and the cause of the delay and submitting a report to the Director General of Sectors.

Second: Functional tasks related to the sales process: Study and analysis of the external market for each branch to find out the following:

  • Determine the company's position from competitors in the market, as well as the company's sales volume from the market sales volume.
  • Daily follow-up of sector sales at the company level.
  • Knowing the market requirements of each region and working on them.
  • Create a competitive advantage for the sales of the sector in each region to compete with other competitors.
  • Access to all categories and sectors of the market (individuals - government sector - contractors - .......etc)
  • Submitting proposals to open new showrooms or any updates to comply with market conditions to obtain a larger percentage of the market.  Make a sales plan for each region separately and another at the general level, specifying the volume of sales to be achieved and the mechanism for its implementation.
  • Field visits to customers in each region, accompanied by sales and marketing officials, and providing continuous technical support.  Daily follow-up of the sector's sales in exhibitions at the company level.

Functional tasks related to the warehousing and storage process: Study and analysis of the external market for each branch to find out the following:

  • Confirmation of the safety of balances in terms of storage limits, quality of goods and safety of storage.
  • Maintaining the inventory turnover rate and permanent work on the absence of stagnation in the branches. Ensure that there are market requirements in stores and always provide them with new.
  • Coordination between branches in revolving balances in an effective manner in order to achieve the greatest benefit to the company.

Job Requirements

  • The powers and authorities granted to him are limited to how he performs his duties in the correct and appropriate manner, at the specified and appropriate time, and submitting reports to his direct superior.
  • Assigning roles to the employees of his administration according to the practical efficiency and the efficiency of productivity.
  • Approving all procedures related to the requests of its employees from the Human Resources Department.
  • Approving a request for new employees to manage it from the Human Resources Department.
  • Approve requests with a financial purpose to manage it, such as disbursing supplies and equipment.
  • Rewarding his subordinates after the approval and approval of the senior management.
  • Required experience in industrial security & tools & steel
  • Leadership skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Bachelor's degree.
