Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the outbound team in handling FIT, family trips, and honeymoon packages.
Manage and monitor reservations through booking engines and ensure accurate, timely bookings.
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, hotels, and airlines.
Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Handle complex cases, complaints, or last-minute changes in bookings.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Prepare and submit reports on sales, productivity, and customer feedback to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new travel destinations/packages.
Job Requirements
7–10 years of proven experience in outbound travel & tourism.
Strong knowledge of international destinations, booking engines, and GDS systems.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
