Job Description
- Conduct customer needs/experience research to implement best practice methods and tools
- Review existing touchpoints with customers and identifying gaps and areas of improvement
- Design and improve customer experience and journey map before, during and after conversion
- Design and improve customer feedback gathering process and communicate with different departments to incorporate customers feedback in the process
- Design and launch customer loyalty programs
- Create and manage project plan to ensure efficient and quality implementation of department processes
- Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction and engagement levels
- Establish monitoring process to ensure achievement of department objectives
- Reporting and analyzing department results
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience with customer experience design or similar roles
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills
