Job Description

Position Description:

  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Create new leads and new sales channels.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service
  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.
  • Studying technical specifications.
  • Discovering local/international potential events that can affect revenue streams of our business.
  • Searching for new partnerships.
  • Writing and producing press releases and presentations.
  • Creating Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales plans/strategies.
  • Writing reports Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
  • Overseeing market research.
  • Maintains customer report by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.
  • Bringing in new business opportunities.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current campaigns progress.
  • Liaising with clients, managerial about budgets, timescales and objectives.

Job Requirements

Position Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in sales position as Min.
  • Ability to travel in/outside of Egypt.
  • Very Good command of English language.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Computer skills (ex; Ms Office)
  • Telecommunication knowledge and Technologies.
  • Attention to Details.
  • Independence.
  • Functional and Technical skills.
  • Decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and Time Management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work under stress.
  • Marketing, Sales and Business background.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity, imagination and initiative.
  • Own a car is preferred
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
