Job Description
● Oversee and manage all architectural finishing works on assigned real estate projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
● Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of finishing activities.
● Review architectural drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
● Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of finishing works.
● Resolve technical issues related to finishing works and provide expert guidance to site teams.
● Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, snag lists, and handover documents.
● Ensure that all finishing materials and workmanship meet the required standards and client expectations.
● Collaborate with procurement teams to select and approve finishing materials and suppliers.
● Manage project timelines and budgets related to finishing activities, identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
● Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address feedback and ensure satisfaction with final finishes.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture .
● 3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural finishing within the real estate or construction industry.
● Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
● Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
● Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
