Job Description
- Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and investment teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual assets.
- Design engaging presentations, infographics, reports, and promotional materials to support business development and client engagement initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain consistency in visual messaging across all platforms and channels, upholding the company’s brand identity.
- Prepare and optimize artwork for various media, including web, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of creative output.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
- Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production of materials.
- Support the development and maintenance of a digital asset library for easy access and reuse of design elements.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
