Job Description
- Coordinate with in house team to about purchasing of needed materials when approved.
- Issue and review all foreign materials POs
- Accurately insert shipments data into ERP .
- Follow up with banks regarding LC opening process, reviewing LC drafts with supplier, applying amendments if needed and communicate with upper financial management till finals LC issuance.
- Follow up with shipments booking and delivery dates with suppliers.
- Register all shipments data on customs website "NAFEZA" to create the ACID number.
- Complete process of shipments, includes shipping documents preparation and revise all shipping documents draft before final issuance by suppliers to ensure its compliance to POS and customs regulation.
- Track shipments across different shipping lines to update Actual sailing date & ETA of shipments, and develop daily/weekly tracking reports schedule for all open orders.
- Track original documents till delivering to banks to issue form 4 and send them to customs broker.
- Follow up shipments with clearing agent and handle any obstacle that may occur till releasing from customs and delivering to our warehouse.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 Years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Age between 25-35 Years old
- Excellent command in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills
- Good command in MS office
