Job Description
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers or freight forwarders.
- Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Full knowledge about Egyptian Customs, NFSA & GOEIC.
- Dealing with International trade agreements.
- Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
- Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, provide performance feedback, or discuss production forecasts or changes.
- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
- Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste.
- Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
- Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
Job Requirements
- +8 Years of experience in corporate and Distributors, FMCG, chemical, solid experience is a must Knowledge of Import procedures, shipping guarantees, and letter of credit
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication Skills
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Data collection, management, and analysis.
- Time Management skills.
- Excellent in Strategic thinking
- Must have Leadership and Decision making
- Excellent in English
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Must have solid experience in Distributors, FMCG, chemical,
- Perfer have a diploma in supply chain management or logistics.
- Must have a car and prefer to live near new Cairo.
