Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Technical Architect to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of architectural design and documentation standards. You will take a lead role in the technical development of high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, ensuring full compliance with international building codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the production of comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed drawings, BIM/CAD models, specifications, and technical reports.
Coordinate and manage internal design teams and external consultants across all project phases—from schematic design through to construction documentation.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to project standards.
Oversee administrative and technical coordination tasks, including data archiving and reviewing consultant scopes of work.
Support the Project Manager by monitoring project progress, resolving technical challenges, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite).
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and functionality.
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Licensed architect or working toward licensure is preferred.
