Job Description
- Organize and supervise shifts. |
- Report timesheet on a monthly basis. |
- Follow up training process new and current employees on proper customer service and kitchen operation practices. |
- Coordinate with departments directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals and customer complaints if any. |
- Responsible for the overall business functions of keeping the restaurants running. |
- Ensure all materials/stock available on time (Material Replenishment). |
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. |
- Ensure quality check on all deliveries before dispatch. |

- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products. |
- Control operational costs/overhead expenses and identify measures to cut waste. |
- Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and overhead expenses. |
- Recommend ways to increase sales and reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads). |
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations. |
- Comply with all health and safety regulations. |
- Implement the Food and Safety Procedures and ensure staff is adhering to the terms and conditions. |
- Follow up on all procedures of food and beverage product cycle (Centeral Store and branches) |
- Maintain a work environment full of interaction, collaboration and fun. |
- Determine specifications of purchases and suppliers. |
- Prepare employees appraisals and follow the company's promotions system. |
Job Requirements
1) Experience |
- 5 Years at least in fast food and restaurant field |
- 2-3 Years in the same position |
- Provided that experiences are proven in international restaurants |
2) Education |
- Bachelor degree specially Tourism & Hotel Management will be a plus |
3) Competences |
- Excellent in English |
- Computer Skills & MS |
- Excellent Communication skills |
- High level of Leadership & Time Management |
- Ability to assist in planning, development and managing work stress and crisis |
