Job Description
- Process warranty claims on timely basis for each franchise or distributor.
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Review warranty administrator's claims and paperwork for completion.
- Process warranty policies and procedures.
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributed.
- Reconcile all warrant receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
- Resubmit all rejected claims promptly or receive authorization to write them off.
- Follow-up on payment of outstanding claims.
- Track warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, data of replacement, and data on which part may be disposed.
- Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distribute, or to be scrapped.
- File and maintain all service records as required by the manufacture.
- Keep informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the operations manager.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical Department ( Is preferred )
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- 1 - 3 years of experience
- 6th of October and surrounding areas' residents are preferred
