Job Description
- To work with sales team to understand the unique needs of the converters and end users to identify the gap and initiate technical projects.
- To liaison between the market and the R&D and operational departments within the company.
- Ability to communicate and work with different levels at the customer especially end users with a technical focus.
- To work with internal departments based on the information collected from the market in order to create valuable solutions.
- Work independently as well as cohesively with team members and managers as part of a team.
- Detail oriented and excellent execution and follow up skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with clear objectives and deadlines.
- A self-starter with excellent networking skills in order to promote themselves as an ambassador for Ti products innovations.
Job Requirements
- University degree in a plastic or printing engineering field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical role in Packaging industry, flexible packaging or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and passion to learn technical aspects.
- Good English verbal and written communication (Arabic proficiency will be an advantage)
