Job Description
- Delivers hiring needs to all staff
- Posts vacancies and different Employer Branding posts on our social media platforms.
- Responsible for Sourcing, Headhunting and Phone-screening the relevant candidates.
- Conducts interviews for shortlisted Candidates.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Gathering the TNA from the Head of Department.
- Cooperates with the training providers regarding our Annual Training needs.
- Responsible for all the training logistics before, during and after the Training.
- Measures the Training effectiveness.
- Organize Monthly Incentive throw KPIs evaluation.
- Organize annual employee performance reviews
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management strategy ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- This includes understanding needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and programs.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports.
Job Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- BSc in a relevant field.
- Preferred HR diploma
- Very Good in English
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Males only
