Posts vacancies and different Employer Branding posts on our social media platforms.
Responsible for Sourcing, Headhunting and Phone-screening the relevant candidates.
Conducts interviews for shortlisted Candidates.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Gathering the TNA from the Head of Department.
Cooperates with the training providers regarding our Annual Training needs.
Responsible for all the training logistics before, during and after the Training.
Measures the Training effectiveness.
Organize Monthly Incentive throw KPIs evaluation.
Organize annual employee performance reviews
Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management strategy ensuring superior customer experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
This includes understanding needs of stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, develop and manage project plans and schedules, and manage change associated with new processes and programs.
Documenting processes and presenting progress reports.

5 – 7 years of experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
BSc in a relevant field.
Preferred HR diploma
Very Good in English
Extensive knowledge of MS Office
