Job Description


  • We are looking for a multi-tasker assistant with min 2-year of experience 
    She must be V.good in English in both verbal and written communication.
    She has to be good at social media 
    She must be comfortable with Microsoft Office, Emails, General office tasks
  • Proven experience as executive secretary
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Creating quotations and contracts.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc... on behalf of other colleagues
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Collecting and analyzing financial, political, and socioeconomic data.
  • Analyzing MSMEs market trends.
  • Communicating data in the form of presentations, technical reports.
  • Contributing to publications or economic journals, periodicals, and international reports as agreed upon with management

Job Requirements

  • Presentable
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative thinker and generate ideas outside the box
  • Adaptability
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
