Job Description
Summary
The Business Development is responsible for accelerating and enhancing the sales process; before during & after including research to identify leads and opportunities, drafting company profiles showcasing existing clients based on the nature of the opportunity, drafting technical and financial proposals, agreements, contracts, and other documents.
Job Duties
- Identify and provide contacts for decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth processes with clients
- Create a filing system to gather and save all documents related to successful sales / existing clients
- Set up and deliver sales presentations to match clients’ specific needs
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as Jobstack, exhibits, and other events.
- Make followup calls to existing clients
- Draft Technical proposals for potential clients based on existing templates
- Review / amend agreements and contracts when necessary
- Have technical background is a plus
Job Requirements
- University or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- One to three years of direct work experience in relevant fields.
- Familiar with the CRM system.
- HubSpot knowledge is a plus
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Strong Tech connections.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with team members and customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills (English & Arabic).
- Strong written communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Self-motivated, high dedication and commitment with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethics.
