Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures for the manufacturing of refrigerators. You will conduct regular inspections and audits of the production line, investigate and resolve any quality issues or defects that arise during production, and collaborate with other departments to address quality concerns. Additionally, you will analyze data and provide reports on quality metrics to management, develop and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and procedures, and train and educate production staff on quality control processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
- To be considered for this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least 1-3 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the refrigeration industry, and knowledge of quality control processes and procedures, including statistical process control and root cause analysis. You should also be familiar with industry standards and regulations related to quality control, such as ISO 9001, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
