Job Description

  • Identify opportunities to add value beyond taking the call to relevant business areas (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, etc.)
  • Check daily on the process are to complying the policies.
  • Ensure that all relevant communications, records, and data are updated and recorded.
  • Help the supervisor in designing the work schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
  • Communicate with the Supervisor regarding any salary changes, promotions, transfers, and disciplines
  • Ensure that Exclusive Doctors are being better promoted.
  • Ensure advising clients on products and services available; using the doctor's expertise present in the team Implement the technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Handle the advertisement of new updates
  • Attend the Visiting Doctors meeting to stand on the new updates.
  • Help in preparing the call scripts and making sure its implemented
  • Mentor agents with script modifications.
  • Receive and perform regular quality assurance checks, and ensure emergency calls over the clock.
  • Prepare performance reports for the agents by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in order to communicate it to the supervisor.
  • Review the performance of each Agent  at the departmental objectives discussion appraisal
  • Coach, motivate, and evaluate the agents
  • Provide call center personnel with guidance in handling difficult or complex issues or problems so they can be resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle the cancellation and modification for upcoming Clinics
  • Handle online bookings.
  • Build an outstanding service experience through a good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.
  • Establish effective communication between him/ her and his / her peers in order to accomplish the Departments goals.

Job Requirements

  • Must be EX Dermatology and Cosmetology Field.(important)
  • Excellent To Fluent English Level .
  • Work Located In Maadi
  • Social And Medical Insurance are Provided.
  • Excellent orientation towards Customers’ expectations.
  • Good level of commitment, accuracy, and urgency.
  • Excellent capability to effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent Compliance with the company’s policies
  • Highly Customer-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Good command of English
  • Expert interactive communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Expert ability to work under continuous stress
  • Good ability to identify, define, analyze, and prioritize problems and situations, and develop appropriate solutions.
