Job Description
- Reply to customer’s calls and inform them about the company’s services and policies
- Answer customers and cover hold time, talk time, and any other related task during the conversation
- Address the customer needs and problems in a timely manner to avoid call abandonment
- Do all required efforts and activities to maintain client satisfaction
- Answer customer's inquiries, listen to their concerns and solve their problems
- Do all required efforts to reduce customer’s time in queue
- Be responsive and active with customers to reduce waiting time or hold time
- Properly address customer needs in the first call to not need to follow up with a second call
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company platform or using the products or services
- Strictly commit to all HR policies, attendance // adherence
- Build an outstanding service experience through a good understanding
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Graduates only.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
