- Review job requirements received from hiring managers to match applicants with job
- requirements.
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet staffing needs.
- Search for candidates using various sourcing techniques and platforms such as databases,
- internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting
- agencies or employee referrals.
- Review and update job descriptions on regular basis.
- Interview applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work
- history, job skills, training and education.
- Analyze employment data related to the position and creates reports as requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills,
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a technical recruiter.
- Experience in Fintech is a plus.
